PAN FRIED SALMON WITH PINAPLE MANGGO SC.


Ingredient :
-200gr  Fillet salmon fish
-100gr Pinaple fresh Blend
-1pc     Lemmon juice fresh
- 50gr   Mango fresh Blend
-20gr    Butter
- 50ml  Fresh Milk
-5gr      onion chopped
-           L&P sc.
-           Parsley chopped
-           Salt
-           Pepper

Methode:
-Marinated fish with salt,pepper,and fresh milk and L&P sc.
-make the sauce,the ingredient is onion chopped,butter,mango,pinaple,lemon
-first sauté onion with butter until smelt,add pinaple,mango
-stir add lemon,salt, pepper,and l&p sc.
-cook until reduce add parsley chopped.
-pan fried fish with butter
-serve the fish with pinaple manggo sc.and the compliement.
